Features
1. Simple and convenient connection. The connection between PE soft belt and upper pipe is connected by rubber pad and steel card, which is convenient and fast and has good sealing effect.
2. Good low temperature impact resistance: the embrittlement temperature of polyethylene is low. Although the winter temperature is low, the pipe cracking will not occur because of the good impact resistance of PE soft tape material.
3. Good chemical resistance: the PE soft belt can resist the corrosion of a variety of chemical media, and the chemicals present in the soil will not react with the PE soft belt, dissolve or degrade the hose strength. Polyethylene is an electrical insulator, so it does not decay, rust, or electrochemical corrosion, and it does not promote the growth of algae, bacteria, or fungi. It plays a great role in ensuring the cleanliness of the pipeline.
4. Long service life: the uniformly distributed carbon black polyethylene pipe can be stored or used in the outdoor open air for several years.
5. Good wall thickness performance: Although the PE soft belt is not as thick as the hard pipe wall, its wall thickness is also above 1.0mm, of course, attention should also be paid to minimize wear and extend service life when used.

4. What is the average lead time?
For trail order, the lead time is about 15 days. For mass production, the lead time is 25-30 days after receiving the deposit . The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
